Located near Meerut, U.P. and Ambur,Tamil Nadu Omega has reinvented its expertise in sole manufacturing every single time without losing ability to aim for the best. Imbibing the good quality processes, Omega offers range of products like TPR/ TR , TPU , EVA, Leather Insert , Pre- fab and Air blown PVC , on the basis of criteria like weight, density, comfort, texture, feel (soft/hard) and all kinds of finishes.

Factories has been spread across 30,000 sq. ft.( Mawana) and 11,000 sq. ft.land (Ambur) with a comprehensive manufacturing unit which is been equipped with modern tools and machines. With a robust infrastructure, we have a manufacturing capacity of 20,000 pairs per day in Mawana Unit and 3,000 pair in Ambur unit .Hi-end technology used in making soles includes Multi Station TPR Rotary Injection Molding , Horizontal Extrusion Machine for TPR/TPU Soles, EVA injection Machine, Vertical Injection Molding Machine for TPR Sheets, Tempography Machine , Double Station/Injection TPR/TPU Machine, Vinear and Welt Insert Machine, Air Blown PVC Injection Molding Machine.
