Factories has been spread across 30,000 sq. ft.( Mawana) and 11,000 sq. ft.land (Ambur) with a comprehensive manufacturing unit which is been equipped with modern tools and machines. With a robust infrastructure, we have a manufacturing capacity of 20,000 pairs per day in Mawana Unit and 3,000 pair in Ambur unit .Hi-end technology used in making soles includes Multi Station TPR Rotary Injection Molding , Horizontal Extrusion Machine for TPR/TPU Soles, EVA injection Machine, Vertical Injection Molding Machine for TPR Sheets, Tempography Machine , Double Station/Injection TPR/TPU Machine, Vinear and Welt Insert Machine, Air Blown PVC Injection Molding Machine.
